Cj7 steering issues

Ok think ive found the problem. The damn inner wheel bearing is gone on the passanger side. Takes a lot to move the tire but once i got the jeep rocking good by hand you can see it move all over.

Well that wasnt it. Replaced the bearings and re torqued the spindle nuts still does it.

Have you checked the adjuster on the steering box? The allen bolt with a jamb nut.

No i have not. I think the heim joints are worn and need replace and with the springs so worn/soft its doing it with the old wide biasply pitbulls.

On my Scrambler I had a Waggy Dana 44, spring under and over with 36" tire and had bad D-wobs, tried all the things you did to no avail I ended up having to install a power assisted steering ram/stabilizer to resolve my death wobs. See link above for pricing, totally worth it, fixes the issue and adds more power to your tie rod which take load off the steering box, frame etc. Hopefully this works for you!
