Yup that's Coolidge Park on the north shore in Chattanooga. Inlaws live walking distance from there and I'm happy to say I don't know that guy.

I guess this is what you do when you don't want to pony up for a bender (look closely at the cage) It also looks like the entire T-case is BELOW the frame too

Its a shame, because there's a lot of potential here. I always loved the GPW front grill
