Co2 canon

I'll be at alot of events in 08 and have a lot of shirts!
plus it'll be a blast down in disney

I originaly made it to shoot shirts. With it hooked up to a co2 tank it will shoot a wadded up shirt about 100 foot+-. If you zip tie it then the shirt becomes a missile.

I found that masking tape works pretty good and helps it slide out the barrel

only shot it a couple times at night with a black shirt - damn thing was hard to find molaugh

first shot - about 30 feet 10 degrees from horizontal
2nd shot - 60 ft at 45 degrees
3rd shot - 80-90ft at 90 degrees - I'm in KS and it was windy
on the 3rd one I put it on the ground and kicked the valve open - I think this is definitely the key to a good shot

by hand I can only get the valve about 1/2 way open when it shoots
Is there a way to loosen the valve up without compromising the seal? It's 100% leakproof now

those are all estimates I'll take some measurements, pics and vid and maybe you guys can help me improve it.

And I got a nitrogen regulator I need to try with CO2 - goes up to 600 psi
my CO2 regulator for the kegerator goes up to 60 and the one on the welder only reads CFH so I don't know what pressure it's at.

yesterday - SNOW DAY!!

went about 120 feet without wadding

used a shop rag as wadding and then had to pack it down in there with a bar - went 150-200 feet
That fawker was movin!! still at 125 shop air too

don't know what I was doin wrong last time - gues the shirt was rolled real tight and blastin it loosened it up to create a better seal

Bringing this up for reason few know too well. I'm thinking about making a repeater. If I use the electric cut off valve that dedenber sells, I think I can convert my gun to an actual trigger. If I go to a trigger system I need some type of loading mechanism. Thinking on the lines of a flap door that opens to the inside. The object can fall through and as pressure increases the flap seals it self.
