Yea, you have to buy the PPE Hot Race tune and it will clear the codes and the light. My buddy just pulled all the stuff off of his 08 Dodge Mega Cab dually. DPFdelete.com has stuff for them and the chevys and fords I believe. Anyway, his tranny (6 speed auto) went out the other day, brand new truck  so he towed it in, and the service manager and the owner of the dealership said pulling off the DPF was the best thing he could have done to it. The dodges are going in to the shops with clogged filters, because they say it needs to be run on the interstate every once in a while, and the farmers around here are not going to do that. So I think most of the diesel techs at the shops would rather you cut the damn thing off.

You can also get an EGR blocker plate from PPE (like 11 bucks). That will make the intake alot cleaner, and hold more boost.

All I know is big black trucks with shiney wheels make me tingle in my no no area. ... drool

All of the ones pictured are nice as hell thumb.gif

I am not sure about the Cummins, but my guess is yes. I am sure it will pop up a light or 2 on the dash, but it shouldn't hurt anything. Try researching it on some of the Dodge diesel forums.
