VERY NICE JOB. LOOKS VERY CLEAN. THAT RIG HAS THE HAMMERS WRITEN ALL OVER IT FOR APRIL.:cheer:

Thanks bobby.

No hammers for me in April, I wont own my own tow rig by then (90/91 1 ton 4X4 dodge diesel) I'm crossing my finger hopefully by may/June and then I will probably plan a trip south late in the year. I will be planning on going to moon/funny rocks as much as possible this spring/summer. And I would like to plan a trip to Nanimo island and wheel the trails up there.

Cycling the suspension. I'm going to have to redo the tri links in the front end.

Mark how did you drive this thing like this?

I'm pretty much finished just need a fuel line fitting and some gas and it should be ready to go.

One test run and then I will start to redo the front end.

Very carefully.....:flipoff:

Rig looks real nice and finally is something to look at.....for now at least. :;

You'll be at the top of my list to call when MY buggy is done so we can get out and GET IT.

Quick update last weekend went to Reiter for the first time in this rig. Ran a couple trails I've never ran before had a good time. When I got to looking over the zook a couple days later. I noticed a lost clip on axle joint and the cap was hanging half way out. I pulled them a part and the stock shafts where in damn good shape no twist at all so I will put new ujoints in all of them for spares. So today I picked up cromoly axles and will install them tomorrow with the longfield ujoints.

(no wheeling pics sorry I don't stop to take pics of myself wheeling)

BTW When I pulled the wheels off the tires are unevenly (50# or more) filled with water. So tomorrow I'm going to weigh them all +/- water to make them all the same.

quit callin it a zook.....Its far from:D now

6' of frame zook motor, tranny and tranfer case its still a zook and I will not stop calling it a zook until all the running gear is swapped out. A bunch of tube and Dana axles don't make it some thing else altogether IMO.

Would you prefer zook buggy?

Call it a zook then....
I didnt realize you still had all that awesome running gear in it :redneck:

So I ordered propane for this thing and now is the time to install it!

I'm going to start with the tank and PRV and then the mixer and get all the line's ran. And then do the the intake manifold last so I can keep this thing running on gas until then.

I borrowed this tank for mock up but its not going to work! Because its not like the one I'm going to buy. I'm hoping the new tank will fit like this one but I'm not sure I might have to stand the new tank up.

I plan on cutting the exhaust and running it down low and exit just past the belly pan.
