crap

Well I drove up north today (on the way I tried calling the dealership 3 times with no answer :wtf: )

So I get there to find the origional salesmen was not there so I spoke with another and told him the situation. Of course right out of his mount was "did you buy the extended warrantee" And like I told him...No but that was not the point--point being I just bought this thing and now I am looking at an expensive repair :wtf: . Of course he goes on with asking how I felt about trading it in and getting a new rig--umm No (by this time I was just getting annoyed) So he basically said I needed to come back on wedsnessday and talk with him so he could talk to the sales manager (ok, now why is the fawk does that matter--I am a customer of the dealership).

So I said fawk it and left. And now the wife is going to take the truck back up there on weds since I have to work.....

Don't bother with the salesmen. Go straight to the sales manager your self. If he says no deal than tell him you need to talk to his boss. But make sure you keep on this, don't wait. you haven't had the thing very long and it sounds like the dealership might have known about this problem when they sold it to you. The dealership doesn't want a bad rep so my guess is that they will work with you pretty good. Good luck

I agree, I had a problem with my '93 Ford F250 and went straight to the Manager. Problem was solved and fixed without an extended warranty. Don't waste your time with the floor folks.
