Weekend plans have been changed. Last night ended up in Iowa City (30 miles south of me) to meet my friends Lori and Christoph at the Dublin. Dive bar on a college campus were the old phuckers go.

Get there see a few others I know, taking it real easy since I am driving home. Then Lori introduces me to her friend Jen. Pretty fawkin cute, 33, etc. Dinner tonight with Lori and see how it goes. Actually going to try to play this one cool and not pull out the asshole card right away. laughing

Off to get my niece a Bday present and see the family.

Tomorrow get my powdercoat equipment.

Yesterday, got the 74 scrapped along with the blazer,

Today, got done with my 150 mile round trip getting that ford 1 ton, going to take pics of the axles/engine/tranny/tcase/hoist and pump out of the 74. Craigslist time! Also picking up a cutlass I scored for a starter to rip and scrap and some scout axles/tranny/tcase to put online.

Tomorrow, still on for tahoe work

I didn't get anything else done yesterday because I helped my dad take the cake feeder off the back of my new acquisition and made a whole bunch of parts for it that were rusted out, welded them on, sanded adn painted it and mounted it on his bale bed, and wired it. that made it 8:00, so I called it a day :
