dana 60 chromoly shafts rub on C's

Who did you buy them from? Spicer Dana 60 front shafts say SPICER on one side and there are casting numbers on the other. If it has SAE1541H or no letters or numbers on the yoke it is an imported copy and will need grinding to fit. Most imported shafts rub on the end of the tube, they are too big to fit in the knuckle hole and they will rub the inner yokes at full turn.

-Oh no I picked a side-
We just had a problem fitting a set of Dana spicer 35 splines threw the hole on the knuckle any one had this problem before.
Ya--grind the casting marks off them....
It would be the corners of the ujoint ears on the stub shaft i woul have to round off. It wont even slide in. Are Dodge 60 C holes (that wasnt a knock at anyone ol'lady) Smaller than chevy C holes?

Just picked up a set of yukons and they won't fit thru the new crane knuckls
