Any one ever put studs in then heated it up enough to draw some brass/braze into the threads?

Kinda like soldering a nut on a bolt on hobby **** to keep it from backing off.

No but what I have done is after installing the stud and everything is torqued is use penitrating grade locktight and fill the hole completely. Doesn't do anything for initial strength but it does help keep water and **** out of the threads and they last longer.

Could try hard silver solder instead of brazing it.
