Not a powered burn like I said.. Definition is being able to have power applied and hold braking to one rear wheel while other wheel is spinning resulting in a tighter dig. This can only be utilized with a selectable rear locker. Your def is in this post is correct but you said in an earlier post that Mauler was able to do a powered burn with a Detroit.:;

Sure those axles can CARRY 3/4 ton with no issues... Try treating them like they are almost as good as a 1 ton and that **** just breaks. :haha::fawkdancesmiley:

Detroit vs ARB with cutting breaks.

What would you guys say would be the issues with either set up?

Just a little extra info if this helps

The biggest advantage to an ARB was already hit on by porter. Power digs. I was recovery on a course at Goldendale a few years ago and a team did that to make it around what I really thought was an impossible gate. Worked so damned well I'm hoping ot have the cash for a 14 bolt ARB one of these days.
