I have never been, but never had ANY desire to go. I guess I am too hillbilly for all that sheet!
Too bad you wasted time and money to go, but at least now you know. :-\

The monuments and memorials were good. We saw Washington Monument, WW2, Lincoln, Jefferson, Arlington, Natural History and Air and Space. Also went to Georgetown. We hit up the District Chophouse last night and it was our best meal. Just really poor service everywhere, that was the bad part. Well that and Ninjas. I will never go back, I have seen all I care too. We went to Boston 2 years ago and it was about 100 times better.
