Any plans on weighing this thing? There's a lot going on with this rig so I'm curious
Yea that will be right at the end, I plan on putting a couple old springs on it and then putting it on a friends 4 wheel scales. That will give me both sprung and unsprung weights for each corner and overall so we can order springs. I am hoping for right around 4k.

4k would be very light. When TC weighed show time it cam in at 4500 and I think you got more stuff here?

Four thousand seems kinda light on the weight side.

Will find out, I never built anything with all this heavy duty running gear. In the end I guess it don't matter, not like its a racecar. :driving:

Fire extinguishers mounted right behind seats.

I drilled the frame then then hammered in some 3/8" couplers that are 1" long.

Hadley got some more done on the firewall and the front axle fell out.

They will get replaced with stainless hose clamps.
We left for Ga for the GNCC utv season opener on thursday night, broke some **** and finished 22nd then got home late sunday night.

Got the front axle full welded before leaving.

Back at it hard today thou, rear limit straps in.

Aside from finishing firewall its done so we started tear down.

Finished welding out rear axle also.

Some -16 fragola goodness showed up from WOD for all the radiator lines.

After seeing you use this, I decided to check it out for my build. What has me concerned, is the max temperature rating is only 212 which would be right at operating temp.

Any thoughts on this?

Time for update as this is the first time I have sat down all weekend, got home from work friday at 5 and we finished last bits on firewall.
Pic of kid hammer forming sheetmetal.

Welding went until midnight.

And with a couple chassis flips after 16hrs total time the chassis was fully welded out.

Lots o miggin.

Added tabs for skid plates while on its side.

Today flipped back over a couple hours clean up time.

Pic of the shop help taking a break from the long weekend of work.

Made the 4 hour roundtrip this afternoon and dropped it off at the powder coaters.
