I'm a mad welder, but I had to use my 110 this weekend, holy bird crap and poop. Heaths welds look 1000x's better. I'm cutting that **** off and fixing with the big mig.

I'd take a pic before cutting it off, but its bad, its so bad. Imagine a birdpoop semi-bead. Then picture me cranking the heat and wirespeed to run over the top of said shitty bead to fix it. But that doesn't fix it so now, I need to run 2 nice beads to fix the ****, and that doesn't work, so, I throw my stinger and go do something else. Come back, and look at it, and throw up in my mouth. BAD I TELL YOU. I cant even figure out how that little welder was doing such cracklin, poppin ****. Feed roller was dialed in, metal was clean, spool seemed to be spinning free. I'm thinking my liner in the lead is trashed a bit.

It was like I was welding Morse Code.

Have you not looked at Heathers welds? OMG he might as well be Stevie Wonder. I watched him weld once, and he closed his eyes and looked away.

Maybe he has gotten better since CreekTrash.....
