. I have a pretty good handle on what it takes and how to accomplish the tasks, even if I haven't seen the most recent trouble spots.

I think that anyone with a hint of comon sense can figuar out how fill a hole or make a silt pond. Its keeping up on and relizing the next place that will be bad before it happens or gets real tore up is the real key. Nothing against you Gibby im sure you were great in ur day. Im just sayin
