Not Rigless
So being registered as an RV, does that mean anyone competent enough to acquire a class C driver's license can pilot this rig down the interstate?
My understanding (entirely possible that my understanding is not correct) and depending on the state, the license requirements are even less than that. And if I am incorrect, please correct me.
My understanding is that if the tow vehicle (even one's with air brakes and GCVW's exceeding 26,001) is registered as an RV, then it can be driven with a standard drivers licenses just like the 30,000 pound Class A diesel pusher being driven by the 80 year old grandpa (aka @CHASMAN9) . Meaning it's weight exempt, non-CDL, non-weigh station, and non-driver logs (health requirements) etc.
