Got a few pics of the progress yesterday. We are stil waiting on the case but progress is still being made. Ryan got the doors mounted and they work great and is in progress of the brake system and steering.

Here is a pic of the door latch that is going to be welded on the back flat plate after a hole is drilled to mount the hex body flush.

You make them or buy from someweres industrial or something ? :dunno:

Ryan found those at the scrap yard. Believe they came out of something at the Bridgestone factory. Can't remember what exactly they was mounted on.

is there a plate on the inside that the door bottoms out on so it can't swing in on you even if the whole buggy lands on that side? not that I've ever landed on that side.

Update: Ryan has the radiator mocked up where it is gonna go, the back bars removed (gonna make an x-brace there) and the steering ram and tie rod mounted. The tie rod is HUGE!! 1 3/4 solid steel rod with 1 1/4 hiems at the knuckles!!!
