Experience w/ Pitbull Maddogs?

I am running the rockers and love them in the snow. The wide design gets awesome flotation and grip. I definitely wouldn't run the LTB if you plan on doing much snow wheeling. Until you get to the 47's they don't seem to do very well. Haven't seen the maddogs work yet but they don't look aggressive enough.

Yeah, for 90% of the conditions I wheel in, I am sure that almost any tire is perfectly adequate. The other 10% is snow, and that is where I am most concerned. My current 35" XTerrains were **** in the snow, until I grooved them... now I run w/ a group that all has minimum of 38" SX's, and 39.5 and 42" Iroks, and I don't have much trouble keeping up! My 35's are still in GREAT shape, but since I bought Longs, I have to get bigger tires... right? ... well, that is what I keep telling my wife! :awesomework:

haha, yeah thats the same way I think as well....which is why I went from my 36" TSL's to the current 39.5 IROKS. If I had to do it all over again, them discontinued 37" MTR's sure look good. Nah, 39.5's or bigger !!! :awesomework:

from my experience I do not like the TSL or LTB for snow. IROk is better 2nd gen MTR kicks ass. I have seen the rockers do well in the snow but have yet to see the maddog in action. snow wheeling isn't all about the tire you run it's about techniqe and air pressure. I run 44" boggers on a fairly lightweight big block powered rig and it all comes down to air pressure and techniqe.
