Damn.. I guess I will have to get busy, you may actually beat me to the woods :flipoff1:

i am trying to get into the woods somtime this summer...lol....hoping things go according to plan...

my alloy USA shafts and longfield joints came in this week, and i also just got in all of my steel braided lines for the brakes...i made a bunch of little weld on tabs for the links so i have to get those on too...

all i have left to buy to get this garage bitch rolling are my 2 driveshafts........i also need my springs for my coilovers, but they are paid for courtesy of the previous owner...i just need to get it corner weighed in the next couple of weeks and i can call Dan @ BTF and have him ship them my way....(hopefully, he remembers and doesn't BS me on them.....)

PROGRESS REPORT.........

time goes by really fast when you only have one full day off...and dont have anyone hovering over you to kick your ass into gear.....

however, i was able to finish:

-running and installing all the hydro steering lines
-laying out/routing all the new -3 SS braided brake lines (have to send 2 of them back and get shorter ones, dont like excess brake line all coiled up.....i must ahve mis measured at one point )
-front axle is NOW FULLY COMPLETE....new alloy usa shafts with longfields installed today, R&R Offroad sexxay drive flanges....

apparently, many peeps have had to grind alot of material off of their inner C's and the outtermost part of teh stub shaft due to interference from a drive flange and the yokes being beefier...i was able to get away with out having to grind down the end of the shafts, probably due to the big beefy cap r&r makes...i had little to NO grinding to do because of interference from the yoke on the inner C, but i ground a little just to be on the safe side once everything was under load, i may change a **** hair...no worries there....
