Never been to Elbe but after the first shake down run I think that will be the place I end up wheeling the most. Also looking into a fullsize to haul the kid and I may just have to spend some time doin some chit to it :redneck:

I live very close to Elbe so I'll be hitting that up a lot. Hope it doesn't get old.....

Might make a trip over to Manastash Ridge(sp?) in Yakima and snow wheel with my brother.. Don't know what else. How is Browns Camp in OR?

My new rig should be done by October.

My new rig will be tube.

Are you talking about Brown's?

Brown's is NOT closed during the rainy season.

Certain trails that have had severe erosion problems in the past are closed. But that is only 2 trails out of the entire system, University fire power which we never run anyway and Airplane hill which while a very cool section of trail is only about a half mile long. You can still run the crushers, all of firebreak five, and all of archers fire break. Those are where all the cool **** is anyway.

That's a change. I was down there during the winter a few years ago and most of firebreak 5 was closed as was can opener.

I appears that we were both right. I looks like the campground closes during the winter. I usually do day trips in the winter so I did not realize that. When I do camp I usually camp in one of the many other camping areas outside of the fee campground we have never had any issues with that.

No problem. I know I have seen actual info listed on the 2 or 3 trails that are closed seasonally and am still digging.

I will be web wheeling, as my rig is broke, and I will be in Idaho. I hope to wheel the new section of Jeep Cross when I come back on break though! I also plan on wheelin some snow because I didn't get to this year!
