Click and look at the spelling of "Rodz Scack" WTF is a scack?
And another example of taking pics from other places on the web and representing as vehicle you had a hand in. Or maybe not he does list it, once you click in as "Photo Gallery".
Don't know, but I do like this.

Yeah if you get the front and the back, and they are clear #'s. Then they are big bucks! $400 or higher. The problem in Cali and why the black plates are run up so much is that Cali started reusing numbers. Last I knew they were most of the way through all of the 1950's.
Guys who find a set then run them through the DMV and they are clear are paying to register them just so the Cali DMV doesn't reissue that number. I saw a set of clear '51s go on ebay a couple years ago for over $1000. Yeah its big **** to be able to run year of make plates (YOM), and in Cali its hard to do even though the law is on the books that you can because the sate keeps re-issuing the numbers.
I'm lucky TX has never reissued a single number, but there is talk of it as they are starting to run out apparently. :dunno:

I'll have her check if she is willing... I know the old rotting away powerwagon should have them still on it, my grandpa would park a vehicle adn never touch it again...

New York plates worth any??? Know of a set of 30's or 40's new york plates... forget year I'd have to check..

New York wont let your run YOM plates, but depending on the year they may be something to a collector. I collect plates (DORK) so I may be interested. Pretty much any Kansas or Texas plate, and selectively other states.
My dad just bought a '32 Connecticut plate for $40k, and the guy threw in a '32 5 window coupe molaugh molaugh molaugh
