I got this one for $95k less than a comparable one down the street is listed at (not saying it'll sell at that---but it's same size, other has smaller lot and borders a busier road) only diff is house down street has been renovated... It's definetly worth my efforts right now before all my **** is in it.

I'm getting this house done and then dissapearing from the world. No lies... Get my mac setup in my house and that will be life till it's done. Hand you a copy at RBD... how about that?

Pretty much hit the nail on the head... Luckily I have teh scratch sittin there to do the couple things I need to the house right away--I had the seller pay $3500 at closing + roof + basement repairs + bring septic to code----so that helped ALOT :woody:

if any of those items were not done---I would be a hurtin pretty bad. If this bike will friggin sell I'd be much more comfortable with my paper stack...

AMDF3 needs to happen so I can get y'all to stop compainin :flipoff1:

... Also we need this to happen before Xmas so we can fund the KOH tripple nickel documentary as well as AMDF4 :woody:

... I don't even wanna talk about that until I get AMDF3 to print--->but we have some good direction--->Ryan will be taking over a good portion of the field shoots since I am so limited on travel time....but that'll leave me with time here to edit as we move along instead of build up over 100 hours of raw footage then try to edit all at once.

Looking to be as soon as New Years time frame. Doubtful it'd be any sooner, but ya never know. Having a group of friends up north and a group down south makes a weekend there a touch choice sometimes.

I love open plans. In my house my kitchen, living area, dining area and keeping room are all one gigantic open area. Keep the progress pics rolling.

The pic you see was a 8' wall that had cabinets, counter and a fridge against it in the kitchen... cramp'd like a mofawka.

I figure now is the time to do it at least getting the footprint right. We are gonna re-use these cabinets but Greg is going to Base/Clear/wetsand/polish them with automotive paint and update the hardware with some brushed silver stuff... **thinking** about making our own counter tops with concrete... Doing research right now but seen some pimp setups like that... Build your forms, pour and then depending what texture you want decides what you do as far as finishing...

We're also talking about the possibility of knocking out the stairway wall to the basement and doing a half-wall + flipping the stairs to enter right by the front door.. Best time to do all this is before moving in

Got my wood floors sittin' in a stack in the garage... Got 3-1/4" X 3/4" bruce solid oak floors with a warantee from Home Depot for a crazy good price--I shopped for a month and was shocked that HD had the best deal.

Here's some pics of the destruction... the above pic is the result of tearin the **** out. I shoulda got a pic with the full-kitchen showing how damn cramped/boxed it was.

Where slater is standing there was a fridge, counter, cabinets... ditchin' all that, fridge is in the garage to keep the beer cold... Taco bell is open late :woody:

Beneath all that wood paneling was sheetrock... wtf just tape/mud why the hell did they do wood everywhere?!!!
