Flawed business model

this thread is a good reminder for me to call ballist vendor #2 and see where my parts are

again

There is absolutely no ****ing excuse for that! Good communication is key for success. That would infuriate me to the point that I would drive many hours if that is what it took to be standing on his front porch or at his shop when he got there in the morning and chew his ass out for ignoring me.

I can tell you first hand of my experience with Mr.Patooyee. Ive only placed two or three orders from him, and he runs a great business. I am only a little fish in a big pond, but every time I ordered, my stuff showed up FAST! There are other vendors around that will brush you off if you aren't spending loads of cash with them. This has cost this particular vendor 2 sets of 35 spline stub kits in the last month and will probably cost them my business from here on out. Nothing personal, but if I need parts for my build(s), what is happening at KOH or in the SRRS , etc, is irrelevant to me. Thanks J.J. for your excellent customer service!
