isn't there a grade above 7075? I don't know much about aluminum, just asking.

I have several times on the single seater. The rears, I have bent back straight. The fronts I bend back until both sides match, they have more clearance that way! I don't know the type of aluminum though. It is the only use I have found for my Harbor Freight pipe bender.
 
But DAMN.........if 2" 7075 gets bent, then really how much stronger can 2.25" be :dunno:

I just redone all my rear links with 2" 7075 is why I was wonderin :dunno:

hey jr ive got some 8" diameter 1" wall dome we can make some links out of but wait that probably isnt enough.dont mess with gomer that much he hasnt bent his that much :****:

I think gomer is just jealous! We are goin to try and straighten em out today in the HF bender...
