Friday........glued to the TV to watch the Rangers take down the Stankees!!!!! Greatness!
Sat.....had big plans with my little one but it rained all day so.....I got the urge to cook.........some Apple Pie!!!

1 Gallon Apple Cider
1/2 Gallon Apple Juice
2 cups sugar
5-6 cinnamon sticks

bring to a boil then simmer for a hour........let cool to room temp....take a few hours....add 1/4 gallon of everclear or 1/2 gallon if you really like to get awesome
