Heavy mud tires make VWs into turds. Even bigger turds than they already are!
My old baja was a turd with mud tires.
These are only a 235 ... it should be OK. Will have a 235/75 rear and a 215/75 front.

I went over to tahuya yesterday and watched these guys rip around and break ****, Volvo with exhaust out the hood, t-bird with a winch mounted in the grill, all kinds of red neck ****, was pretty entertaining. Also tested out all my new high steer and components, had no issues. Even got the front end pretty high off the ground climbing ecology block in the pond, think my passenger needed clean shorts after, they have done alot of improvements as far as challenges go.
Dates been set, looks like Aug 25-26th it is. Looks like I'm switching beaters, was gonna run the caddy, but it's so damn low to the ground it scraps on every damn driveway/exit, so don't think it would do to well. I've got a 94 camry just sitting in my garage, been sitting for 2 yrs, put a battery in it and fired right up :cheer: probably gonna pull or cut fenders and put the biggest tires possible under it.
none of my business, so feel free to disregard, however, I've always had a problem with a spare tire held onto the top of a vehicle with a rope, or weak-ass ratchet strap.
I've seen a wreck once, where the tire launched like a rocket. Scary stuff.
Is there a date for 2020? Is it worth it. I’ve kind of thought about it but been disappointed that there are not really any $500 cars left in this area on CL or similar, but a couple of days remembered the $350 2wd S10 blazer I bought a year as a chassis done for a project that hasn't started yet and the wheels started turning.
I signed up for the FB group but my FB foo isn’t the greatest yet.
