A LP will break easier than a HP and you can get a better driveshaft angle out of a HP. I've had both.

I agree with the HP being stronger and understand why for sure!! but a statement like this tells me Someone hasnt had tha ole 6.0 L blues!!! :****:Thank goodness Chevrolet recalls mistakes and doesnt make loyal customers blow head gaskets only to spend 4000 to fix it. On a serious note, if I had it to do over i would build a 14 bolt. **** had all the money I have in my 60 im sure I could have a 14 bolt instead..

High pinion all the way so ford it would be but the ford knuckles suck ass and will crack and the brakes are too big for 15" wheels which will work but you have to grind fit grind fit and that sucks. So go hp ford with as bad as I hate to say it put chevy knuckles out and all will be good or buy Reid knuckles

Ford sold them and drop the ball on everyone that bought one is all I'm saying.. No one should have a diesel with 100,000 miles and have to spend $4000 on it. Just my opinion. Although after my brother-in-law did that, that bitch is screaming now. Sorry off topic. Anywho, have been doing a lot of research about LP versus HP lately because i'm going to get some stickies, and have a LP. From what I got it's all about how you drive, you can blow up anything if ya have enough woopow and a lead foot. The HP is the move if ya are gonna start from scratch.
