Post pics and we can get to the root of the problem . Goose necking it may not help i. It ya have a under line problem . Fix it and it will pull fine with out gooseneck . U understand that .

I would say get rid if the towdolly looking thing and ad a third axle in the ass end.

First the tow dolly is required by the DOT to pull doubles. It's only used when doubled.
