We are confirmed for 4 rooms right now!!! Rate includes all taxes and fees

John - Room with 2 double beds $45/night Wed-Sat nights
Dollar - Room with 1 double and one twin $45/night Wed-Sat nights
Matt - Room with 2 doubles $45/night Wed-Sat nights
Joe - Room with 2 doubles and 1 twin, kitchenette room so we can cook if needed $55/night Thurs-Sat night. I put you in that room since you have Tim coming along and it will be split between both of you. Plus it has the most room.

I will be bringing the Purple Jeep. Tuesday night or early Wed. is great with me.

We have 4 solid committments for this ride, Joe, Dollar, John and myself. I have 4 rooms booked at the A&A for us, pay when you arrive, I posted the cost earlier in the thread. Joel, David and Pat are coming over from MS to ride with us as they do every year. I invited Keith and Lunch, but they have not committed. As a courtesy we should ask Cole and Jamie also, although I am sure they will not attend.

sorry guys i am out i just got home from the doctors and the knee is doing good but the back is not so good i see another doctor next week.this sucks for me i have looked forward to this ride since before my buggy was finished but i need to let my back get better ???

Matt, looks like I will be riding out with you. And back to Fort Smith, AR. I will get you to drop my off at the airport where i will get a rental car and drive to Houston. I will be splitting round trip fuel as agreed. I should be back in Birmingham Tuesday and will get my rig from you then. Damn, this is going to be a lot of miles, but it makes more since than going to Birmingham to drive back to Houston Monday. If all works well, I will be bringing a new motorhome back from Houston. Actually 2, one for my dad also. Now is a hell of a time to buy.
