Has to do with towing...

What kind of bike are you towing?

Yes. You tie down the front tire and the clutch. It's for emergencies only. If you don't have any way to get it home or to the shop, this is the solution, unless you have a flat rear tire.

You don't have to license it or anything.

All i can imagine is the ass end of the bike swinging around as you go down the road.... if it works, well good work then, but if i were to go through all the trouble of making one of those, both tires would be off the ground...

See, but you can't rent a trailer if you don't have a vehicle rated to tow a trailer. They won't let you. And if you can't get a hold of anyone who can help you, then you wish you had something like this.

I don't have a tow rig, just my Yota. No one rents trailers used with those trucks. I don't have many options basically, so this is the next best thing.

I rented a 6x12 open with my '86 xtracab, a similar enclosed many times with my 04 tacoma, and a car trailer a couple times with the tacoma. Those "1963 beetles" sure looked funny though, one looked alot like a 4runner and the other like an FJ40. :redneck: I call BS on them not renting you a trailer for a motorcycle.

Or you could just buy one of those carriers premade by a brand name and not be liable when it breaks and launches that bike through someone's windshield at high speed. :redneck:

Um, I've tried. I wouldn't say that if I haven't been there. They're picky around here.
