I really did not think the flight to Hawaii was that bad either. Now the flight from Anchorage, Alaska to Atlanta was a motherfucker.

Alaska is the biz niz !!! Spent nearly a month there when I was a sophmore in hs. Great experience and if your an outdoorsy type thats the place to go. BEAUTIFUL place :dblthumb:

I've flown to S. Korea and back, so I have experienced the way to long, international flight scenario. I dont care to fly , but as long as the weather isnt bad I can deal with it. If it gets bumpy Im the guy with the bag making everyone else want out of the plane ASAP. :****: Amber's right, the only thing Ill probably see much of is restaurant's for dinner with my boss.. woo hoo. At least I'll eat well while Im there.

Flight from L.A X. is around 5 1/2 to 6 hour's, depends on what aircraft you get booked on, but you know that. BUT that is nothing, When I went over to the big sand box for a year it was like 32 hours, and don't let you ass off the plane to re-fuel. Hawaii to New Jersey, New Jersey to Rome and from Rome on into the **** hole :****: Coming back we stopped in London and not Rome.

Get a big Tat on your neck while you are there, it is the in thing :woot: :woot: :****:

Incredible, want to go again. We went on a cruise up the inside passage. I highly recommend a cruise because it is hard to get around Alaska. We made stops in Ketchikan, Juneau, Valdez (would not care to stop there again) and Skagway. Skagway was exactly what I would picture as an Alaskan town. My wife and I have actually talked about doing that cruise again in the next few years.

Took the same cruise I bet ! and your spot on, man its beautiful there... I have a Pink Salmon I caught in my garage on the wall from Ketchikan ! LOL I caught a 4 foot shark but the guide cut it as soon as we got a picture of its head , I wanted to keep that one but they wont even put em in the boat up there.

I did the same cruise and can't wait to go again. Did all the excursions and had a blast. Next time gonna bring my son with us as he would absolutley dig it. Helicopter up on Glaciers, White Passage Train ride and more. I'd go again tommorrow. :dblthumb: :dblthumb: :dblthumb: :dblthumb:

P. you gonna bring the Dirty Thirty out there for a Luau? Break in some lava rock. Tell the bossman he can ride shotgun. :driving:

Yeah, we did fishing, white water rafting, train ride in Skagway, and whale watching. Damn, I need to start looking into it again. We went the first week of June, the weather was NICE.

We went up to Glacier Bay and the Captain did donuts with the ship for 2 Hours straight. Not bad considering the ship was 1000 feet long. We also did the canoe across the lake that is like 1000 feet deep and then took jeeps 4 wheeling in the mountains. Next time I am going to book about 6 months in advance and get the Captains suite on the top floor. Damn room was about 1500 square feet and loaded and was about $500.00 more. We went on "Infinity Cruise Line", 1000 foot jet turbine drive. Quiet and hauled ass. That big girl could pull a skier up and drop them on shore... Next time. :****:

We went on Celebrity and it was a nice ship. I enjoyed it because I sat on the balcony off our cabin a lot and saw a ton of wildlife on the shore. I liked being able to have something to look at besides just open water like on most cruises.

That was it, Celebrity. The ship was 3 months new, called the "Infinity" BADASS Wore a penguin suit to dinners and had a personal fart redirector in case of emergency. They take care of you on that crusie line. I was on the Penthouse deck and spent alot of time perched on my balcony looking at wildlfe as well. Do you remember the upper rooms that stuck out from the ship? That was the Orgy Level rooms... pepper.gif pepper.gif Captain Stubbey hung out there alot. :woot:

Looks like the Galbreath ghetto now. :flipoff1: If you book it far enough in advance you can get that rate down. PS. are those from the MattO Christmas party? :dunno:
