2k on new tires? :afro: ur way off.. And those tires serve a purpose and will last a LONG time.. And aren't on the street everyday dipstick. Not even comparable.. And I was "birchin" as u call it, because it Fukin sucks to buy tires on my truck, it rides like **** no matter wat tires I use.. You did make ONE good point though. It is my money. Thanks for the Input. Never heard of michelin's.. This some kinda new tire??3pgnebs said:Just spent 2k on tires you might ride on 20 times a year and gonna birch about the cost of a good set of tires that you ride on everyday Michelin' s will never win a contest, but when the swinger tires are worn out for the 2nd time, the Michelin' s might be close to 3/4 if that. Your money, spend it how you want.
220k on truck. Had to replace wheel bearings, axles, think that was it. Just rotated them this morning actually, noticed a **** ton of grease slung out if axle boot, FAWK! Cleaned it good, shot grease in it with needle tip, and rtv'd that bitch. If it ain't bed bugs it's piss ants I tell yalowbudgetjunk said:Yea I'm slack ass when it comes to rotating. Im gonna stay on that from now on. My read tires always get flat and the front end up wavey and Fawked up. And i doubt I'm gonna nut up and get michellens, I can't imagine how much they are, I remember being in high school my dad having them, God they were ugly, also remember him saying they were the best tire made. Ha. I HATE buying tires. Gonna start looking for a deal on some used ones. And probably end up doing what I do every time, buying a new set when mine look scary. I'll run them bitches till everyone that sees my truck says "dam u need tires!" :****:
How many miles are on your truck? How many front end parts have you replaced? Wavy tires sounds more like worn out parts than whatever tire you put on it. And X2 on getting an alignment. That will eat up a set of tires just as quickly.
