With this layout, your yard will look great. You might as well piss off the neighbors early, you know you are going to do it sometime.
Seriously, is there an easment on the persons property to the north to get in the driveway? It appears that the road easment ends on the east property line.

I am a cool young insurance agent but I have zero say so on what claims are paid. That is left up to the insurance company and terms of the contract. What I was getting at is sometimes companies have a hangup with pools and what type of fencing they have around them to insure a kid does not get in there and fall in and drown. I have even heard of insurance companies choosing not to insure someone because they owned a pit bull. Now keep in mind I am a health insurance agent, not a property agent.P said:I need to find a cool young insurance agent !! Right on man !
All the ones I ever had were older than George Burns ballsack and 2 times as wrinkly... all they ever did for me was send me shitty pre printed labels for mailing in my payment to them and a gay ass bday and xmas card laughing1

Just some things to think about... I know it sounds like a great idea and "it is my property I can do what I want" but you just have to be real careful.

Damn kids, all jacked up on Mountain Dew!
bigsilly said:Yeah Rob, I am not trying to be a party pooper about it, but a big time video producer like yourself has to protect their empire from frivolous law suits

that's why you're a famous racer and he's not, planningCaddishack18 said:I like using the house, but I see a major flaw...........you are only going by the kegs once, try to place them where the you can hit them twice each lap. Preferably under a shade tree. You gotta think ahead!!!!!
