HELP SAS Kits

I have been building my own for a # of years--much better than that off the shelf crap :;

10-4. I,ve been building SAS kits for a few years now and I believe they are "better" in ways than the off the shelf kits. I actualy dont like the kits very much because it allows lots of people who dont realy know what there doing to hack up and home fab rather important things like suspension and steering. Not that I'm saying that's what you'l do. I'm sure you will do a fantastic job I've just seen some rather shaby-- ok, terrible---SAS done. Have fun and good luck.

Oh and my kit moves the axle forward farther.... and all my parts are laser cut.:flipoff:

I'm a jerk.:flipoff: :clappy:

I saw a truck for sale out in Sultan with a SAS not too long ago (in that field across from McDonalds) and the welds were all cracking where the hanger was welded to the frame. Kinda scary IMO considering the thing had good plates and tabs so one would assume it was driven on the street, let alone the trail.

wow you guys are pretty harsh here

Also I didn't buy the kit just for the hangers, I got it mainly for the rest of the parts
springs, high steer, knuckle rebuild kits, wheel bearing kit, 5150 shocks, brake lines, bump stop and extension, wheel spacer, the Rotors and the list goes on.
You get alot of stuff for a great price

Well I got the kit and checked it out, It is a great quality kit and lets see it just saved me a hour of fab time with the same results, and has a one year warrenty no questions asked the spring hanger are of as good of the home kits that i have seen.
