!!!Help!!! suspension numbers

I have all my links locked in except for the upper frame. I can move it vertical 5 inches. The two sets of number is all the way up or down. I have no ideal on these numbers except for antisquat.
I had a spring over jeep with a ton axle hop. So I'm scared of to much.

Also this is a rockwell rig. Buggy knock off of 321 chassis. Triangulated lowers. Slightly angled uppers.

Where did you get the 4 link calculator look to be on a phone if been lookin for ever for an app for my tablet
