Yeah when I got mine from Randy it rained on the way home from my first ride and I went to Hawaii for a week. Came back and it looked like that

I ended up sanding mine with scotch brite and WD-40 and taped and spraybombed.....I could not bring myself to dissasemble it.

standard joy stick with the stock knob cut off and "paddle" welded on to the old shaft of the joystick

Oh, OK, so its static to the wheel? I thought it rotated with the wheel, but looking back through the pics I think I cam see where the stick is mounted above the steering wheel shaft.

you could do a wheel mounted one if you did elec over hyd. it would be hard with a fluid joystick.
