high torque starter problems?

Oh ???

The whole unit is still the armature and had you actually known what you were talking about from "real life experience" with those parts you would have known that---not trying to act smart with which you have failed...

Oh ??

Rebuild a starter Motor ?? A gear reduced one?? I am a summing that's what this dude is yakin about,

Yep , part of the armature but also on some applications replaceable, serviceable , so then You need to know the name fer the thing,

but anymore thats done in Mexico not at a big time Chevy dealership where they got high faluten parts replacing tecks,

Does this thing look like a Mopar starter ????:kissmyass:

Lets get ready tooooooooooooooooooo rumble!!!! Yes sorry parallel I meant. Yeah a switch is next.Do you run it with the switch on during wheeling or only for extra use?:awesomework:

When its parked I turn it off. But when in use I usually keep it on both. A nice aspect of the setup I have is if the rig dies I can winch off one battery while not draining the second. Or when we camp I can run a battery down and still be able to start it up....

Battery Isolator,

With that setup no need for any isolators as long as you keep it switched to both batteries(which you should under normal use).

Ya mine took a dump a few years back and I was able to get an armature and fix it thru an electrical rebuild shop in Bellevue but I can't remember how much it was...

Ran it for years without an isolator for years:looser:As far as pile goes,I just left yours in the toilet:swing:

The reefer part refers to my other just expensive hobby saltwater reef tanks. One fish cost morer than your rig.:fawkdancesmiley:

"ran it fer years"

and eating High Torque starters Evedently whatever the hell they are,

Hmmm I wonder, I wonder why they have those Isolator deals for dual batteries,

I wonder ,,,better see if those things serve any purpose at all,

Like not letting one battery over charge, ,

Everything inside was welded together. It had to be pried apart. If you think its only gonna cost 7 for some parts your an idiot:looser:

Welded ???

Oh ???? Thing got so hot parts welded together ????

H mm,m sure you have them batteries hooked up in parrallel ???

spend yer 100 bucks rich refer dude and quit yer yacking

wow

addition, a battery isolator ensures that a vehicle's electrical system does not pull power from multiple batteries at the same time, which would rapidly drain all the batteries and cause the electrical system to fail.

Hmmm pulling to much juice and cooking stuff, To much juice to yer fancy high trorquin starter and she cooked,,

Get a new one and try it again,,, :stirpot:
