OK so my roommate pays to rent a room in my house. Everything in the house is mine. He gets a pretty damn good deal I think---$400 a month includes rent+bills.

Things go pretty smooth. Typical roommate **** but we get along well. Our schedules work out pretty good together and both of us are considerate as when and when not to have people over. I've lived with alot of people through college and this one seems to be similar to the one roommate that went the best.


...anyhow that being said... I told him girlfriends are not moving in! If someone else is stayin at my place it ain't on my dime---well at least that's how I think.

...So how much is too much and when/where/how do I draw the line? His new puh-naynee is already starting to put food in my fridge (gonna regulate on that tonite), take showers here, keep clothes here and hang out every nite.

I think you hit it right on the head with that one. I've been taking mental notes---next 2 weeks I'll take notes on paper and write patterns down that I notice. I don't need more $$ otherwise I would have a second roommate--I have enough space. It was my choice to just have 1 roommate because I like my space.
