no they just havent read it recently. They are giving you the average of the past few months when it was unoccupied. Wait until they come by and read it for real.

Water and power doesnt get read every single month like people think. It gets invoiced on historicals, and recent invoices, and trued up with meter reads.

It was only unnoccupied for 1 month but we were using construction lights, fridge, power tools, etc during that whole time.... Since I moved in, I haven't been running A/C and haven't had a stove in there(getting one tonite).

...ok and answer this, how does KCPL charge me online and show how much I used per date then if it's not read daily or hooked up thru their system?? I was confused but I can daily track my useage.

so I heard it from my boss when I was younger. His sons were in my class. I end up roomates with one of them at college. first week we are there he and my cousin drag these 2 strippers back to our 3 bedroom. Like 4 in the morning, both doors open, both going at it down the hall from each other my boss's son (very crass, almost the worst you've seen, but funny as a motherfucker) is yelling out at teh top of his lungs "ride it bitch, ride it like you're killing snakes"

Imagine this, you are gardening with your hoe. a snake startles you and you chop the snake up. do you do it slowly or violently with a fast motion? yep, a girl on top going like she's kiling snakes is thrashing pretty good

Rob I feel your pain. I had similar problems the entire time I had roommates. The only one that was worth a **** was my brother. I was use to living with him. At least your are getting part of your mortgage payed for. Thats the only thing that kept me sane the entire time I had them. Roommates suck!!!! If it ain't one thing its the mother fawkn other. One of my buddies needed a place to live so I said ok bring your **** and your wallet. His dog pissed all over the place and he drank all of my booze... He finally pushed all of my buttons and I kicked him out, and never had another one except my wife.
