Ifs cv stub broke inside diff. Help!

Re:

A carbide bit is very very brittle, make sure the surface isnt too jagged, or it will chip it and then it wont work.

Weld a nut to the shaft if you have room, thread bolt in and yank er out.

My 7018s won't stick to it, tried that already. Not really enough room for the mig nozzle, plus I don't want to trash the seals with heat...

Can't you take a piece of pipe and cut a notch out of the middle so it would let the center pin go in the cut away and just knock it out? I've seen this before is why I say this :****:

Or just using a long screwdriver. Don't think you would have room for this idea though.

On the ifs he has, it would require basically the same amount of work to pull the diff and break open the clam shell

Can you pull the cv stub shaft from the other side then drive through the carrier and knock the otherside out?

That would be nice. Both side cvs are the same length, diff is not centered. This is the short side. The long side has a spacer tube and jack shaft in the way, so it is impossible to even touch the carrier from the other side.

I'd love to have the gremlin or a buggy. Cash flow is the problem right now...

Here is the truck for reference... It has a few more dents and dings now, slightly cracked windshield, and no bumpers or fender flares to get in the way hitit
