Is GAP closed ?

John Glass is no longer leasing the property. He still owns the rights to "The GAP", but he does not own the actual land. The Mud Mania run is a foot race and is organized between Mud Mania and the property owner (not John Glass). Jon does now work for Georgia Pacific in Georgia and no longer has the time or equipment to run the park.

Nobody has bought the park as of yet, but maybe they will, who knows though. I DO NOT know the price so please don't ask. I asked John not to tell me so that I could honestly say that I didn't know to everyone that asked.

It has certainly set in with me that the GAP is not open, man I loved that place! Great place to ride and hang out, John and the whole Glass family are some of the best folks around.

Took a ride out to the GAP late today, pulled the Tacoma up on the Ledge:

Of course we weren't going up, so donuts happened:

Called John on the phone and he told me that there are several people very interested in the park! Hopefully something will happen!
