I went by the Billvista article took me about 30 mins with a file. That is start to finish. Mine is the exact one in the article. John is similar but not exact.

It comes with nuts and bolts you put in position where you want for your trans. the shifter is spring loaded so you can pull it too the side and go around the bolt.
