This just happened in mobile over the weekend, also in the last two months the death of two police officers and a sharp rise in racial tensions across the board with the trayyon martin case. I already have pushed my girlfriend and her family drive alternate routes to and from Mobile, and have friends inside the city limits gearing up for what my happen.

just letting the rest of the world see where things are headed

Doesn't help that this dude has a past criminal record of assault, domestic violence, and sex abuse. He's not exactly a saint. That may be why anyone is hesitant to back him up.

Does his past record mean this was deserving? Hell no, but pretty sure his color and his criminal history are playing against him in this situation.

Any more news on this? My brother got jumped by 12 of them near the pj's a couple weekends ago. They were up there with the wives and kids playing basketball and when they refused to give up their side so the :afro: could play full court, one of them came up from behind and slugged him to the ground and the other 11 proceeded to kick the **** out of him. Police "took a report", but I wonder if any of these are related somehow? Is there a :afro: forum out there where things are coordinated behind our backs?
