the builder of this new subdivision went tits up and 4 banks own the rest of the lots. I called the bank with the 0.3 acre lot, thinkin I could pick it up cheap and thow down a shop - they still wanted 25K for the lot!

I think he's looking at an adjoining .3, meaning 43,560x.3 = 13,068 feet, and the root of that is 114x114. Lets say you have 20' offsets (doubt its that much) , that leaves you with a 75x75 building.
