Jeep Similarities

How interchangable are stock and aftermarket parts for different Jeep models to one another. Specifically......YJ, TJ, XJ steering and Dana 30 axle shafts to be put in in ZJ.

get my stuff and find out! :fawkdancesmiley::redneck: I know that some of the YJ stuff between wrangler and cherokees, specifically the unit bearings had a different offset/hub length/mounting distance/whatever...can't describe it, but can see it in my noggin'

I'm not a jeep guy but I know the zj steering stuff is sought after by tj guys... The steering boxes are all the same (or at least interchangable) from what I've seen.

all except the axle housings are interchangeable. Obviously the YJ is leaf and the rest are coil. But the YJ did come with HP 30's. Other than that all the stuff interchanges. The YJ's came with disco front axles but put a TJ shaft in there and its a one piece.:awesomework:
