Jeep will not start

Crank Position Sensor.

class advisory on the wiring harness to the CPS is too short and over time stops working. find it an jiggle the wires and then check for spark.

the dealer sells a fix kit for this. a short wire extender.....

we did that,theres also no power to the fuel pump.
i dont remember seeing that on the list,just thought id add
 
That is what I am saying. You do not have a sensor problem.

You have dash problems.
you have fuel pump issues,
you have no spark, etc.

And yes, you have power going to all kinds of things with the key off. Including the computer.

check all the maxi fuses for power. NOT just "are they good" but do they have power. then on to the mini fuses. start at the beginning, not in the middle.
 
Just a quick question.

After the fuse check, did the wiring harness connector come undone at the fuel tank?

Happened to me at Moses lake one year.
