I have and always have run 3/4 x 3/4 on the PurpleJeep. They are chromoly, just for maintenance, I replaced 3 last year, because I was starting to hear a clicking in the drive train. I have never broken one, but then again, I don't drive it hard.

econo rod ends, the side loaded (3 piece) non coated mild steel (1026 or 1045 or something, not chromo anyways). either way they're too small, but I dont think he ever broke one. just slopped them out cause they're cheap

Let's see, broke one at Gray Rock when Joe was with him and I am pretty sure that he broke one or more during the roll that ended the Turd's life at MMORV.

Might of been, I just know a lot of **** broke in that rollover and the turd was built stout as ****

he tore it out of the 1/8" link tab on the wreck. I don't know of any of the others because I'm never there when he wheels, save 3ish times a year.
