July Hardline Meeting - Meeting Minutes Added

Our meeting is scheduled for Monday July 5th. The 5th is the day most businesses will be closed for July 4th (Sunday) to make a long weekend. Do we want to move this to another date. The 6th is not good for me as that is the Extreme TV shoot day.

What's up Matt? You have always been very active! There is not day or time that works for you? Glad I don't have your schedule!

That works for me. But, I am not set on Mondays if another time is better for most. I only have one reoccuring monthly meeting, and that is the first Thursday.

What's up Matt? You have always been very active! There is not day or time that works for you? Glad I don't have your schedule!

I come back from SMORR KOH Qualifier on the 11th after being gone for 4 days. Gonna spend time with the fam on the 12th.

I am going to focus on racing for the rest of the year. It is a personal goal that I have and want to give it my all. Don't have the time or budget to trail ride and do KOH style racing.

I guess part of me is burnt out on organizing all the rides here and trying to help this club grow. If I had not put the Iron Gap ride together would we even have had a ride this year? So that makes one hardline ride in 6 months? Nobody seems to want to organize a ride or add new members. This club will not last if nobody takes the lead to continue what we started. Members and rides are both key pieces of that.

How does THURSDAY, JULY 8TH work for everybody. We need to get as many in attendance as possible. We need to vote on three new members that have been on the table for a while. Add new prospective members for the future. We need to finalize the dates for the Harlan, KY Hardline Ride. Talk about additional rides.

My thoughts are to have this at my house and we will do burgers or chickens on the grill. You would only need to bring your favorite beverage.

Thanks for the putting a date together John. We are leaving for SMORR on July 8th at 7am, so I am out that date. I will be glad to put in my vote for the members ahead of time and don't worry about planning rides around me. If I can go I will try and make it.

That's a great idea John. I will be there and try to bring my better half as well. We are hosting a baseball pool party at our house so there is no telling what mine will look like afterwards anyway.
I would like to have a Summer Hardline pool party at my house though. NO business, just bullshit and beer for us and a few choice others to get together and grill out while the weather is good. &

Matt, Cole. I doubt Wednesday would be any better for y'all as you would be packing for a early departure, correct. I can't go to Tuesday as I will be at Extreme TV that day. There is a slight chance of a carry over to Wednesday.
