Redid the front shock mounts and got the front axle housing back under it. Need to make axle side upper link mounts next then I'll move on to redoing the rear shock mounts.

All the link mounts are done on the front axle. Got the steering ram mount built, had to offset it to the driver side but it's tucked in tight and high on the axle. Did a lot of reading and seems that the ram being offset shouldn't be an issue, especially on a trail rig. Also got the rear shock mounts redone so the rear is back on it's weight.

Finally got my Tracker/Toyota t-case doubler in yesterday. I've got a top shift Toyota t-case to go behind it that will have 23-spline input, 4.7 gears and twin sticks. Now I can finish my drivetrain mounts and hopefully start making progress again, I've been slacking off on it lately.

Got the doubler put together and installed. Need to build the mounts next.

Been buying more parts. Hope to have some updates this week, depending on how much I can get done.

Haven't messed with the buggy for months but finally got motivated to get back to work.
Cut out what was left of the stock floor. It was rusty and in the way alot of the time I needed to do stuff. Going to build a new floor later.
Got mounts made for almost everything. Transmission and transfer case. Seats, oil and steering coolers. Storage box and Canyon cooler.

Been awhile since I've updated the build. Progress has been made so let's catch up.
Got the shifter for the Tracker case made and installed the twin sticks and the transmission shifter to make sure everything would clear.
Also got the fan shroud made so the radiator and fan are installed. I'll add weatherstripping around the shroud to seal it to the radiator when I do the final assembly.

Inline radiator cap installed. And got the radiator hoses figured out.
Waiting on one more silicone coupler to show up before I can build the intake.
Fittings are coming in so I can start on all the plumbing. Still have to order hose and more fittings.
Picked up a 60"x85" sheet of 1/4" steel to skin my boatsides and make the skid plate.
Plan is to keep working at it and hopefully have it wheeling this summer....
