KOH 2009, get your application in....

Yes I will be submitting an application. Praying, crossing fingers, saving money, etc...

Even if we break across the start line it'll be worth the experience.

Any and all support is appreciated, and anyone that wants to make the trip out is more than welcome.
You guys know the crew, as well as there will be some additions hopefully added if it happens.

How well do you think a fitty will do for a support bike? LOL


I know Joel will be there with Bigelow, so Nolen will be there. **** thats almost good enough times right there. Muchado you want to sponsor and in cab camara for us? ;D
 
You know what, I walked up stairs and coming back down, fawk it. I'm going to take off the time and go out there if I'm in or not.

I'd kill to backup and support any other race team that makes it in. Shirleys? Bigelow? Moze? A 2nd buggy to haul spares to checkpoints and run support would be handy as hell, so if we dont make the cut. I'm down for still doing that.

Still get to be a part of it, enjoy it, learn from it. Would be humbling enough, competing would be gravy!
 
I'll probably apply. I know I won't be chosen but if I do I'll prep the rig, go out there, and try to finish near the top.
 
I hope that Bigelow will take me with him, I need to just hang in there and keep helping him out and work on my relationship with him. Wyatt we need to work on making sure you are there running it. Include plenty of Nolen's pics from Grayrock for sure and the upcoming races. Have a strong finish and you should be good.

I wanna go so bad. that's our slow time at work, very doable unless I'm in the finishing stages of a house. no $ then. with bio and 3 other guys to chip in, I think I can pull it off

Joel, the app is do before we race again. So thats good and bad. Good that I wont have another chance to destroy my rig before the apps are due, and bad that I wont have another chance to destroy my rig before the apps are due. laughing1

I was looking at the app. They ask for "Team Radio Frequency", ****, all I know is if i yell real loud Kelly will hear me. And if he yells real loud, I can hear him. molaugh
 
Carl and I are going out for sure. I will probably help with logistics and then shoot the race for Pirate when the whistle blows. Haul ass all over the lakebed on race day taking pics.

I want to pass Easy Rick in my non-competor vehicle going 100 mph on the way to take his picture :spin:

You should apply. Get a few pics of you being nutty at gray rock, enter WEROCK and place high, then fill out the application.
 
Sounds great on paper, but I have no seat time in that rig so I don't forsee me placing in any kind of comp...
 
I've never competed, except for a small crawling series that I'm running right now. But this is exactly my type of event, I will apply. May have to do a LS1, 350, 4 speed atlas repower if I was to be picked. Being that I kind of lay low, and don't have infamous, internet reputation, chances of me being picked would be extremely slim.
 
I'll go! God damn serious too! I have had 3 invites to the hammers and 2 to the Con and never made it cuz my exwife was a ....fill in the blanks. Not only that I never had enough vacation time to haul my junk there.

For sure. The place is officially open even during the event.

Lots of fun was had before and after this year. I am not going all the way out there not to play. Also, Phoenix and Las Cruces are on the way back thumb.gif
 
Ill do anything in my power and ability to support anyone on this board that goes, thats one hell of a commitment in time and money and a completely honorable race to be in ... Badass.

I dont have any kinda money to try to even dream about that ****... LOL, id take the time off work and put in gas/food/beer/motivation/fitty/wrenchin/whatever to experience it though
