Oh yeah, thanks Nolen for letting us use the golf cart. It helped out a lot.

Also, we saw two spidertrax failures in the same race. I just would not think the hi steer arms would rip off the knuckle like that. Especially being the Spider weld on setup. The other failure was a unit bearing on Kim's rig. Everything has a breaking point, but those were the first failures I have heard off with the Spider stuff

the setup is good, the local welding instructor ( wontwork ) blamed poor welding technique actually and said the material didnt fail the welds did.

I should have got you to take a closs up of it. For you that didn't see them close the knuckles looked like someone had took a grinder and ground the weld off smooth. No penetration at all on the knuckle side of the weld.

The steering arms weren't spidertrax products. I would have liked to see what happend to the unit bearing though.

Actually about as good of a place as you could ask for to have the steering arms rip off. I am just glad that did not happen to him while he was going 60 mph into that turn my the spectators.
